We are pleased to announce that Rick Larson has been reappointed to the Central Florida Employment Council Board of Directors for 2013.  As such, Rick will continue his leadership participation on the executive board of the highly influential Central Florida business group.

Note that Rick will be speaking at the February 12 Central Florida Employment Council meeting on the topic of the new EEOC Guidance regarding the use of criminal background checks during the employment process.  Rick provided testimony before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission on this same subject in Washington, D.C, on December 7.  Watch for further details regarding this pending Winning Work Teams’ speaking engagement.
